What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, message or part details, and any files you attach (such as drawings or RFQ packages).

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, running your job. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Controlled technical data

Drawings and technical data identified as export-controlled are handled under our ITAR registration and Canada's Controlled Goods Program, with access restricted to authorized personnel.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider in Canadian data centers, protected by access controls. Attachments are retained only as long as needed for quoting and any resulting work, then per our records-retention obligations under AS9100D.
